History

Since 1996, Phinix Equities Ltd. has been investing in income producing properties, specializing in apartment complexes and small to medium size commercial properties. While looking for loans to fund our acquisitions we have developed strong relationships with local area lenders.

While capitalizing on these relationships, we began to arrange short term equity and permanent debt financing for acquisition and construction loans for our clients. For the past ten years, Phinix Equities Ltd. has delivered superior returns on its equity investments by successfully managing, buying, selling and redeveloping attractive real estate properties.
